Shipping policy

We love our products and go the extra mile to ensure your items arrive to your door in the same condition that we sent them in. All packages are tracked so we can monitor progress and respond to any questions or concerns.

Shipping within Canada - Our shipping price is determined by total weight of your purchase as this, as well as the size of the box, determines the shipping cost.

Shipping to U.S.A - The shipping price is determined by the total dollar value of your purchase. Your items will be shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) via Canada Post - which requires Duties/Tariffs be paid prior to accepting shipments. We ship this way to save you money! Other couriers (Purolator, UPS etc.) often charge a very large processing fee ($20+) on top of POD (Payment on Delivery) of the duties/tariffs. The way we ship will ensure that you have no surprise fees when your products arrives!

 

All Funko Pop! Figures 3.75", 6" 10" and Sodas are bubble wrapped for extra safety and packing paper is used to reduce movement while being handled. 3.75" are also shipped in a complimentary soft protector.

Graded Trading Cards are placed in a bubble mailer and shipped inside of a sturdy cardboard box, with packing paper to reduce movement.

TCG Singles are shipped to ensure maximum protection. All cards are shipped in their own penny sleeve. They are either placed inside of single top loaders (where applicable) or placed in a "team bag" and sandwiched between two top loaders AND cardboard to eliminate the risk of bending/shifting during transit. For larger orders (15+ cards) they will be shipped inside of a bubble mailer AND cardboard box.

Jellycat Plush Toys are carefully wrapped in shipping paper and shipped inside appropriately sized boxes so that they lay flat during transport and to reduce the risk of misshaping by being "stuffed" into a small box. We do NOT ship in soft plastic mailers.
